We are delighted with the success of our first Year 7 and 8 ‘Be Inspired Careers Day’. Both year groups spent some time using START – a careers based website that allowed students to develop their personal profile by exploring their work preferences, qualities, skills and interests, to get career suggestions.
As part of the day, year 7 students went on to produce their own employability cards as well as considering what would motivate them to work.Year 8 students took some time to look at up-to-date Labour Market information to help them consider study and careers choices.
