Alsager School is a cashless school, using the secure on-line payment system called ParentPay.
The online payment system, ParentPay, will make it easier for you to pay for activities and purchases. This system enables you to pay for items such as: School Meals, Trips, Revision Guides etc. and provide parental consent for trips even if no payment is necessary.

If you haven’t received an activation code or need a reminder, please email email@example.com with your child(ren)’s name and form(s).

Already have an existing ParentPay login for any child at any school?
If you already have a ParentPay account, simply login to that account using your existing username and password. Via the Add a child tab on your home page, insert the activation username and password shown on your activation letter to link this child’s account with Alsager School.
Forgotten your username and/or password.
If you know your username and have a registered email address with ParentPay reset your password by clicking here Password Reset
Can’t remember your username or haven’t registered an email address with ParentPay?
If you cannot remember your username (usually your email address), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to verify the username/email address linked to your account. You can then use the forgotten password feature on the login page to reset your password or click here Password Reset.
How to update your email address.
If you know your username and password, you should log in to your ParentPay account and select Profile Settings then Email Addresses.
Select to Change username and follow the on-screen guidance.
When you have saved your details, you will be emailed a link to verify your email address.
If you don’t know your username and password, please contact email@example.com and advise them of your new email address. They will then verify your identity and send a request to the ParentPay support team to change the details for you.
Would you like to request an additional user account for another parent, carer or grandparent? email firstname.lastname@example.org with the person’s full name, title and email address, their relationship to the child along with name(s) and form group of each child you would like to link the new payer to.
