Each year Alsager School celebrates Pride Month. This year we are focusing on Pride in Diversity across all areas of life. The students will be learning about different LGBT+ people in each of their subjects and we are running an Art competition on the theme, Pride in Diversity, as well as our library highlighting LGBT+ books and authors. 

Rainbows Club

Rainbows Club is an inclusive club where all students are welcome to discuss, learn about and explore LGBT+ topics and themes from our local and global community.

Speak Easy

A Speak Easy classroom is a space where students can:

• Speak about any worries they have about anything LGBT+ related for themselves
• Speak about any worries they have about anything LGBT+ related for someone else
• Find out information about how the school can support LGBT+ students
• Find out information about our clubs
• Report any incidents of homophobic, biphobic or transphobic bullying, which can get passed on to Heads of College

Speak Easy classrooms have a designated member of staff for students to speak to. Each Speak Easy classroom has our Speak Easy logo.
