Microsoft are currently running a series of national Educational Roadshows across UK secondary and primary schools, in which staff and students receive specialist training on exciting and innovative ways to use technology in and out of the classroom. We are very proud to have been selected to host a North West Microsoft Roadshow which we held on Monday 13th November.
We hosted staff from across Cheshire East who were able to get hands-on with Microsoft technologies, such as Office 365, Teams, OneNote and Windows 10. The aim was to explore just how these tools can transform the classroom experience for both students and staff. Staff had the opportunity to speak directly to Microsoft
Learning Consultants and gain a wealth of online resources for future support.
As part of the Microsoft Roadshow, we presented our innovative Alsager School Sway Dementia Life Stories
project sharing how the students have used Microsoft technology working with the Alsager Partnership to support people living with Dementia in the wider community. Please visit the Alsager School Community Showcase link on the school website to view the Dementia Life Stories project –
