A Level Fine Art students recently had the opportunity to work with a visiting printmaker, Andrew Mason. The students explored Dry Point Etching and produced a wide range of prints using our printing press in the art studio. Andrew Mason ran two sessions and the students were able to engage with and learn from a practising artist.
The prints and development work they produced will be submitted as part of the students A Level portfolio. Mr Whitmarsh, Head of Creative Arts, said: “We would like to thank the students for the enthusiasm and commitment during the workshops, it was a fantastic experience that we hope to run again in the future”.
