We are delighted to receive the NHS Bronze Self Care Award. This is all down to the planning, hard work and commitment shown by our year 13 Health and Social Care students, who recently became NHS Self Care Champions.
The students worked collaboratively to send out positive messages to staff, create informative posters displaying information about various NHS services, as well as delivering an amazing Self Care lesson to some of our year 7 students.

Mrs Howard, Deputy Curriculum Leader for Art, Design & Technology, said: “I am so proud of all their hard work over these past few months. It has been such a pleasure to work with Noreen Caldwell and Chloe Newcombe-Rose from the NHS on this project, and as a school, we are really excited and looking forward to working towards our silver award from September”.
