A Schools’ Forum working group from Cheshire East has developed a proposed new model for allocating high needs top-up funding to children and young people with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan, and they would like views on this proposal.
Following consultation events in June/July 2019, an online survey has been designed to gather further input on the proposals.
