Finance Office and ParentPay update

Ready for the start of term, the school’s Finance Office has relocated to the first floor of Parker Building. A new post box has been installed near the Staff Room for students to drop off trip consent forms and any correspondence from home for the Finance Office. We ask that envelopes containing cash are not posted and continue to be presented in person at the Finance Office for a receipt to be issued.
Kindly be advised that any cash brought onto school premises is entirely at your risk until receipt. To help avoid any potential loss/delay/inconvenience, ParentPay has proven itself highly reliable with over 80% of our parents registered. If you haven’t already activated your account, kindly email finance@alsagerschool.org with the name of your son/daughter(s) on roll with us and registration details will be issued. Once registered your username is typically your email address and any forgotten password can be reset via www.parentpay.com. As an alternative, we can take card payments over the telephone (01270 871138 extn 240).
Please ensure your son/daughter’s name and form group is clearly printed on each document posted (preferably in sealed envelopes).
