Apply Online

We welcome applications from external and internal students.

Applications for entry in September 2015 will be accepted from 9th October 2014.

To apply to the sixth form, complete the online application form below. Enter your subject choices in priority order with option 1 being the subject that you most want to study. We will use this information to complete the options grid. We do not guarantee that all subject combinations will be possible however we aim to satisfy as many choices as possible. Applications received after 28th November will be accepted but will not be taken in to account when creating the options grid.

At this stage we expect most students to choose 4 options. Students are advised to choose subjects for which they are likely to gain the entry requirements. Click here to check the subject specific requirements.

During the Spring Term all students who have applied will be interviewed and given offers conditional on GCSE results. Students who do not achieve Maths or English GCSE at grade C or above will need to work towards achieving a GCSE at C in that subject during Year 12.

If you have any questions about the application process or need a paper application form please see Mrs Barton in the Sixth Form Office, email her at sixthform@alsagerschool.org or call 01270 871122.

Please complete the form below to submit your application online.
