A-Level Results

We are pleased to report continued improvement and impressive results for all our students at Alsager Sixth Form College.

The DFE Performance Tables can be viewed here and below you can find comparative information on the following:

School performance at key stage 5 (KS5) including:

  1. A-Level Progress score for 2017 to 2019
  2. Percentage of A-Level grades at A* to B and A* to E for 2017 to 2019
  3. A-Level results by subject for 2017 and 2018
  4. A-Level qualification results for 2016 to 2018

The A-Level Progress score or “value added” figure measures how much progress students at Alsager Sixth Form College made between the end of key stage 4 and the completion of their A-level studies compared to students with the same results across the country. A score above zero means students, on average, made more progress than students with similar GCSE grades nationally.

The charts are interactive – please click to choose required year and subjects can be selected from the drop-down menus. Where possible national averages are shown.
